Hey all,

I would like to propose to my wonderful girlfriend at the Harbourfront Centre rink. How cool would it be to see a flash mob on skates?! I am new to this whole thing and was wondering where to begin. Any tips on how to get this started would be awesome.

Thanks much,

Paul

Hi everyone!
I want to organise a dance flash mob for my husband's 35th birthday. He's been having a bit of a rough year and I want him to feel extra special and loved. We will be doing a dance on Sunday, November 30th and I really need some dancers! I'm working with a choreographer from UW and she has yet to choose the song, but it will be either Journey's Don't Stop Believing or an a cappela version of Can't Take My Eyes Of Off You. If you are available some time around noon for some public dancing please let me know and I'll send you all the info.
Thanks so much!
Jess

Dear Friends,

As most of you are already aware, March is traditionally the time of International Day of Action against seal hunting.
We will be holding an event on March 16th, 2013 – IFAW's Day of Action on Dundas Square between 1-3pm.

I would like to do it differently this year.

I was hoping for a flash mob idea, something simple but clear and powerful! And I would ask if you could help me organize it.. I have a small budget for that event so we could buy some stuff if it's necessary.

Do you have an idea how? Please help me out! If you don’t – come join us anyway!

Just contact me at: kradziszewska@ifaw.org

We can meet any Sun. 8-10AM, 12PM all afternoon @ N. York Centre TTC area [Empress Walk/Empire Theatres]. I am there every Sunday morning 10:30-2PM+ regardless.

Join a flash mob for a network TV Show on a Red Carpet, during the Toronto Film Festival.

This is being done in support of the Toronto Film Festival, to promote and show love for Canadian content creators and innovators, and to celebrate Toronto's 175th anniversary this year.

We're looking to get hundreds of fans out!
We need this to be as crazy as possible. Your job will be to surround this red carpet at a certain cue and act like crazed fans to the celebs on the red carpet. There will be media members, bodyguards, and other members of the community there, so help us out by being our organized chaos and creating a buzz.

Details:
When: Saturday, September 12th from 1:45-3:00pm

Where: Meet at the park near Bay Station. Park is outside of the West Bay Station entrance. Street is Cumberland St. and Bellair St

What to wear: Red and white

What to bring: Flags, pen and paper to get signatures, cameras and whatever you think a fan would bring!

Invite your friends and fellow fans!
